LaRae Rippetoe

I'm LaRae Rippetoe.  I'm a lover of most art forms, but I can barely draw a straight line, so I primarily dabble in ceramics, sculpture, and of course, photography.  I love anything darkroom related so I do a lot of black and white film photography, platinum palladium, and wet plate photography.

On the adulting "pays the bills" side of things, I'm a flight paramedic and a college instructor and soon-to-be nurse.  I love to travel and I'm making it my goal to slowly fill up my passport. For the weird and random trivia about me, I was an Army medic and a paratrooper, jumping out of perfectly good airplanes and helicopters with a parachute. I love anything Superman. I am also a collector of both shoes and books, with the library and shoe closet to prove it.
